Same problem, everywhere
SwiftFi exists because we ran into the same problem remote work runs into: getting paid across borders is slow and sneaky expensive.
Building companies into the same wall
Over the years we’ve built multiple companies and shipped a lot of products. Each time, the product work was only part of the job. The other part was billing, banking, and payments.
Traditional banking is expensive
Wiring money, onboarding with new banks, and reconciling what actually landed became a recurring tax on our attention, not only line items on a balance sheet.
Meet old banking in the middle
We built SwiftFi as the stablecoin payment layer that’s practical. Clients pay the familiar way with bank details. You receive stablecoin. The messy parts stay under the hood.
No more waiting weeks to clear a deposit
When we opened a new business account at Bank of America to build SwiftFi, our first deposit took about two weeks to clear. Not because we did anything wrong, but because the system is built for caution, not for founders who need to keep shipping.
The pattern kept repeating
That experience wasn’t unique to one bank. Money moves on rails that weren’t designed for how internet-native work actually runs. Waiting on money feels less like banking and more like guessing.
