2.4 Compliance Monitoring

SwiftFi operates a compliance program that includes ongoing transaction monitoring. We may contact you to request additional documentation or explanations—for example, pay stubs, invoices, contracts, bank statements, or other proof of source of funds, as well as your relationship to a sender and the reason for a payment or withdrawal.

2.5 Partnership and Affiliate Information

If you apply to or participate in our Partner Program or Affiliate Program, we collect information you provide and data generated through program operation, including:

  • Contact details (name, email address, phone number)
  • Company name, website, and partnership type (Partner Program)
  • Location, languages spoken, and SwiftFi membership status (Affiliate Program)
  • Messages and inquiry content from application forms
  • Referral identifiers, attribution records, and reward/payout history

  • Providing and maintaining our platform and services
  • Processing transactions and managing your account

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers and Partners who assist us in operating our platform, including payment processors, identity verification services, custodians, and cloud infrastructure providers.

We use HIFI to process financial transactions. By using our service, you also agree to HIFI's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SwiftFi, our users, or others.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4.4 Partnership and Affiliate Programs

We share information only as needed to operate the Partner Program and Affiliate Program—for example, with payout providers to deliver rewards, or as needed for referral attribution. We may use referred users' transaction volume to calculate program rewards. We do not sell personal information in connection with these programs.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share information with third parties when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

Brazilian residents may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize or delete, request portability, and obtain information about sharing.

8.4 Canada (PIPEDA)

Canadian residents may have rights to access and correct personal information and withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).

8.5 Australia Privacy Act

Australian residents may have rights to access and correct personal information and to complain to the OAIC if issues are not resolved.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as otherwise needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may also retain information after account closure when required for legal, accounting, audit, or anti-money laundering and related compliance obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it, except where retention is legally required.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
